Original and thought provoking, these are stories that will stimulate the intellect and engage the imagination.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003ch3\u003eAuthor Biography\u003c\/h3\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cb\u003eNancy Joie Wilkie\u003c\/b\u003e worked for over thirty years in both the biotechnology industry and as part of the federal government's biodefense effort. Now retired, she composes original music, plays a variety of instruments, and has recorded many of her original compositions. She also created a series of greeting cards that display her artwork and photographs. \u003ci\u003eFaraway and Forever\u003c\/i\u003e is her second collection of stories. \u003ci\u003eSeven Sides of Self\u003c\/i\u003e, her first, was published by She Writes Press in November 2019. She also will release a collection of fantasy short stories titled \u003ci\u003eThe River Keeper and Other Tales \u003c\/i\u003ein February 2025, published by Subplot Books (an imprint of Mascot Books). She is currently working on a follow-up collection of science fiction novelettes titled \u003ci\u003eBy The Light Of The Sun\u003c\/i\u003e and a children's story.
