Samuel Locke lives on the tip of Galveston Island on the Texas Gulf Coast. He is an attorney, but prefers to spend his time building custom barbecue grills and fishing. Mary Elizabeth Kincaid comes to see him. She has helped rescue teenager Mina from human traffickers who forced her into the sex trade.
