Author Biography

Author, Mary Lee Peck, received her Ph.D. from The Ohio State University. She has been the author of both fiction and non-fiction books. Her passion for writing comes from her gift of storytelling. She admits that she likes a story with a happy ending. "Life can be challenging enough, so fictional reading should be a pleasurable experience-a way to escape from reality into a realm of make believe where the story ends the way it should," she asserts. Her love for horses resulted in a series of books: Raven's Call, Raven's Son, and the soon to be released, Raven's Return. Life in the small town where she spent the summers with her grandparents, inspired The Mansion, a story of a mansion that stands as an icon of love and commitment. Breakfast with Friends is a mystery that discloses the horrors of human trafficking and the gumption of a motley group of friends ranging in age from 21 to 70.
