Author Biography

George Sanchez, a native New Orleanian, is a member of ACTORS' EQUITY, SAG-AFTRA and the DRAMATISTS GUILD. He has published a play UNCLE EARL, based on Louisiana's colorful governor Earl Long; co-authored a theatre textbook, BOTH SIDES OF THE CURTAIN, with Jim Winter; a travel book RIDING THE RIM, with Terry Forrette; and a history of the New Orleans Fire Department. He lives with his family in the New Orleans area where he writes and produces a monthly cable law enforcement program. LIT BY LIGHHTNING is his first published novel, but he promises more Jeff Chaussier mysteries are on the way.
