Author Biography

I was born in California and had the privilege to live in Washington, Colorado, and finally settled here in Indiana, where I met my wonderful husband. During the journey, I attended modeling with NY Modeling company, did theatrical work with Jester Productions (now Dream Alley Studios), and performed in various local musicals and pageants along the way. Needless to say, I was very busy, very young. Along the way, I developed a passion for writing, but this did not come until my 8th grade school year. Prior to that I will say I hated reading and writing with a passion. It wasn't until I picked up that one special book, enriched with fantasy, that something clicked. After that, it was hard to take a book away from me, and as I became inspired by friends and family, I began to create my own world, and my own characters. Sadly I lost my father in 2002. We often stayed up late watching the stars and talking about all the possibilities the universe held. He had a big hand in the world I created. "Sometimes it is easier to see the good when you stand partly in the darkness of chaos..."
